How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We work with a partner based in Southern California to fulfill all orders, which generally is completed within 48 hours. Please note that there may be unexpected delays due to the carrier (UPS, Fedex, etc.) not being able to pick up your order in a timely fashion.
What if I need help with an order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will not be able to make changes to orders once they have been processed and shipped.
How do I check the status of an order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How long will shipping take?
We generally anticipate 2-7 business days for domestic delivery. COVID-19 has created unique challenges for carriers. Although USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. have somewhat adjusted to the new environment, there can be unexpected delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping available within the contiguous United States of America for orders of $35 or more.
Free shipping not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or any US Territories.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is not available at this time.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?
We accept returns of non-food items up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We do not accept returns of food items.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
